Rich will review them with you, discuss the project and determine the next steps toward developing a realistic project budget.
Need architectural plans?
Rich will connect you with an architect we work with. You’ll work directly with the architect on the design while Rich stays involved from the construction side, providing practical input throughout the planning process.
When additional structural analysis is needed, the architect may involve a structural engineer to help ensure the proposed design works with the home’s existing structure.
Understand the Budget Before Moving Forward
Once preliminary architectural plans are developed, we will evaluate the scope and develop a more realistic preliminary project budget, giving homeowners a clearer understanding of the expected investment before final construction plans are completed.
As the design is refined, we remain involved to help keep the plans, scope and budget aligned while coordinating with the architect and local municipality through permitting and building requirements.
For projects using construction financing, we can also provide general cost breakdowns that may be requested by the lender.
